Our SME (Small to Medium Enterprises) Service provides an annual subscription scheme that gives access to support priced on the size of employer.  Our team are experienced professionals who understand the challenges faced by Small to Medium Employers.

Our Corporate Services service provides objective and confidential Advice and Support Services for large employers in the Private and Public Sector.

We also run the Fair Job Community which is open to anyone interested in the challenges faced by all of us in the workplace and how workplace issues impact society.

Our pricing model is based around the size of your organisation, we want the smallest of employers to have affordable access to our benefits.

Small Employer subscription £190 +VAT pa or £19.99pm

for employers and businesses with under £150k turnover per annum

SME Level 1 Subscription £490 + VAT pa or £49.99pm

for employers with under 20 employees and over £150k turnover per annum

SME Level 2 Subscription £1450 + VAT pa

for employers with over 21 but under 150 employees

Larger Employer Subscription £POA

Larger employers with over 151 employees often have specific requirements, please contact us to discuss.

The reality of employing people means that sometimes you need professional assistance. Whilst The Fair Job Initiative is there to help prevent situations getting to the stage where formal Human Resources advice is needed. In addition to the Initiative, Fair Job UK provides HR services to Members at a reduced rate. These services are not your usual HR Consultancy and are formed around the 5 Rules. Our advice is always given with your best interests and in line with UK Employment Law and the Equality Act 2010
